1. Execute/Manage multiple tasks with many different priority levels to ensure daily assignments and ad-hoc tasks are completed efficiently and accurately:
Make travel arrangements, business travel requests, flight and hotel bookings, visa registrations, cash advance, expense settlements for Department Head/Managers, etc.
Collate, sort and archive critical materials.Review all documents before submitting to Department Head for approval (including but not limited to: Expense Reports; Advance Request Vouchers; Stationary Requests; Taxi Card Using Requisitions; monthly Bonus Vouchers and BE; Letters to customers; POAs; Statement of MS Service; training/regional meeting materials; etc.)
Translate documents as required.
Monitor and update the staff list, provide the organizational chart when requested.
Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events; organize and manage calendar / schedules) for Department Head and Management level, make Meeting Minutes when required.
2. Participate in planning, reviewing, controlling and reporting Department Budget, ensuring that these tasks to be done accurately, on time and closely coordinated with relevant teams.
Coordinate with Management to plan on Headcount.
Closely monitor weekly and monthly actual OPEX (review/analyze/report timely).
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX planning quarterly/yearly to ensure it is done properly and closely monitored.
Manage/monitor the budget related to purchasing activities (PR).
3. Support to manage compliance and assist to create/improve processes/procedures
Monitor and assure the compliance of teams and all S&l employees.
Frequently give ideas/proposals on the improvements & development of Departmental policies & procedures to align with Company's development.
Assist Management to improve and/or create the new process/procedure as work requirements.
4. Assist Management on reviewing and finalizing the reports (Fraud Investigation, Business Investigation, Special Investigation, Internal Security, etc.)
5. Coordinate in Department/Company's programs/projects on demand and implement to employees if needed.
6. Research information, analyze data, and prepare reports and/or recommendations/proposals.
7. Other tasks assigned by Department Head.

Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant major
2 years of experience in Personal Assistant/ Administration Management
Good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information / data
Ability to work independently and and as part of teamwork
Time & Stress Management skills
Fluent in English
