- Compliance with Quality Standards(SOP Etc.)
- Data Collection and Analysis Issue Identification and Resolution Internal and External Audits Training and Education
- Manage compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the production process
- Perform quality inspections and testing on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods Collect, analyze, and prepare quality data reports
- Handle customer complaints and resolve quality-related issues effectively Document and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for quality management Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with external audits
- Lead quality improvement projects and provide training and guidance to team members.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Over 5 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001) and relevant regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software (MINITAB)
- [Preferred Qualifications] Experience in the tool manufacturing industry Experience in quality management within a manufacturing company or large enterprise Proficiency in foreign languages (English is must or can speak Korean).
