• 2-3 years - shoemaking and/or quality experience in footwear production• Familiar with the processes of development and commercialization • Good verbal and written English communication skills in a global business setting• Chinese Mandarin languages skills helpful • Good computer skills (Microsoft software, SharePoint, Pivot 88 are a plus)• Candidates must be analytical, understand statistics, math and scientific protocols
