Quality Assurance SEPG

• Process Definition and Improvement: o Develop, implement, and maintain software engineering processes aligned with organizational goals and industry standards (e.g., CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001). o Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. o Review and validate back-office processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Compliance and Auditing - BO: o Conduct periodic audits of back-office functions to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. o Identify and report any non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. • Metrics monitoring: Define, collect, and analyze process metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and quality reports. Prepare and present audit findings and quality improvement plans to management. • Training and Support: Provide training and workshops for teams on quality processes, standards, and tools. • Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address process- related challenges and implement best practices. •  Risk Management: Identify potential risks in back-office operations and propose mitigation strategies. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement preventive measures.
