The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and maintaining consistent revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Create quotations and sales contracts, as well as maintain and grow relationships with potential and abandoned customers for future sales opportunities.
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Working with other departments in the company to provide excellent customer service.
Deal negotiation/closing, contract preparation with customers, and dealing with complaints or objections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with the marketing team to analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop effective sales strategies.
Stay informed on market demands, industry trends, and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and create new opportunities for growth.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years in e-commerce, logistics, B2B sales, or a related industry.
Strong selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proactive, confident, creative, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of responsibility and patience.
Ability to stay composed and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong drive for success with excellent emotional regulation.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, OMS) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong English communication (spoken and written); Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Willingness to travel for business and assist customers outside of regular working hours.
Maintains a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
