1. At least 5 years of experience in the Operation role, USA Lane experience is preferred. 2. Excellent experience with CARGOWISE-ONE system is preferred.3. Good at communication, with the ability and willingness to constantly enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, paying attention to details, and having strong self-motivation.
