• Female, under 35 years old• Fluent in Korean (both spoken and written) is a must (TOPIK Level 5–6); able to communicate smoothly with Korean guests• Preference given to candidates with near-native Korean communication skills• A university degree is strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship, or similar
