• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting.• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.• Experience in headhunting or large companies is a plus.
