Mô tả công việc
- Manage raw material input, spinning processes, and finished yarn output.
- Prepare production plans and analyze performance metrics (Production Yield%).
- Oversee production of functional yarns and development of new items.
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S).
- Ensure quality control across all production stages.
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead and manage production teams effectively.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Junior College or University degree in Textile or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in spinning production.
- Prefer candidates with experience in automated equipment and functional yarn production.
- Deep understanding of raw materials, spinning processes, and cost structures.
- Strong knowledge of yarn and fabric quality standards.
- Familiarity with spinning mill operations and intermediate quality control processes.
- Spinning technology design: from raw materials to finished yarn.
- Quality control across all stages: U%, Cluster, etc.
- Production Yield management: input, output, waste.
- Data analysis and performance evaluation.
- Leadership and people management.
- Fluent English communication.
- Willing to travel.
