1. Management
To allocate, build headcount planning for each vendor to ensure they can deliver their service efficiently based on forecast and max capability of ground as well as vendors.
Build a structured approach to vendors: KPI, quality management…
Evaluate vendor performance monthly.
Record and reconcile with vendors on headcount usage on a weekly/monthly
Lead and maintain positive relationships with outsourcing agencies.
Manage OS workers with operation function
Manage OS documentation as SOP
Support to control and collect documents from a vendor.
Planning and coordination with Function (PR/PO coordination with Procurement, Fin)
To participate in a market survey in the same industry to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits, identify internal trends, and compliance improvements
Reports as direct manager’s request
2. System
Support for controlling data in the WFM
Check data in the WFM and compare with Operation and Supplier
Coordinate with Ground to track attendance, leaves, OT, OS Payment…
Control Vendor service by WFM and process for further payment
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Bachelor Degree in related in Business Administration or Human Resources or higher qualification
01 years of related job experience preferred
Proficiency level in MS Office Software such as Excel, Word and Power Point will be an advantage
Good teamwork skills and English skills
Ability to work in fast-changing environments and build solutions that have the ability to flex with the business needs & priorities
Proven ability in leading a team in a result oriented environment
Focus and can do attitude
High level attention to details and accuracy
Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere,willing to learn new things and diligent
