1. New Model SMT Process Design and Improvement Activities
- New Package DFM / Process Design / Process Optimization Review
- Review of New Package NPI Intent Line Investment Cost Review
- New Package Line-up / DFM progress / Qualification Sample progress / Initial mass production verification
- Design and Validation of Metal Mask and Jig
2. Customer support
- Support customer to deal with issue
- Attend on/off-line meeting to discuss and persuade customer
3. SMT Process Yield Management
- Process defect analysis / Preventive or Corrective action support / Facility management during SMT build
- Analysis and improvement of causes in the event of abnormalities and low yield
- Root-cause analysis and improvement / Customer support in the event of Customer’s VOC(Voice of Complain)
4. Standardization documents
- Make/ Revise PFMEA, CP(Control Plan) management, Process Spec, Work manual, Standard Operation Procedure
5. Machine log data
- Analysis, investigation and making preventive / corrective action
6. Human resource management
- Vietnam Local personnel management and organization operation, Personnel evaluation in Vietnam

- University graduate or higher, Major: Mechanical, Electrical enginneering...
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar position
